H. Dan Hill is the founder and chief executive officer of Mach One Air Charters, Inc., a private jet management and charter company based in Chino, California. Since founding the company in 2006, H. Dan Hill has grown it from a single aircraft into a business that now manages a fleet of 10 and employs over 40 people. By 2014, the company reported more than $8 million in gross revenue.
Mr. Hill began his aviation training at the Sierra Academy of Aeronautics in Oakland, California, where he earned commercial and instrument licenses. He also holds an associate degree in industrial arts and building construction technology from Orange Coast College. In addition to his executive responsibilities, Mr. Hill regularly flies as a Citation XLS captain and is involved in various aspects of the business, including aircraft acquisition and charter services.
Outside of aviation, Mr. Hill supports several conservative political organizations and veterans' groups, including Wounded Warriors. He has also participated in the Reagan Congressional Commission Business Advisory Council. His personal interests include classic cars, boating, scuba diving, and travel. He has two adult children.
